Job Details

As a member of the F-35 Systems Engineering Integration Team, the selected individual will assist with the execution of day-to-day operations. The individual will be required to support Technical Need Concurrence activities, develop Program Approval Notices and maintain lists of Government Furnished Property.

More specifically, responsibilities will include:
- Technical Need Concurrence – assist with the processing of Technical Need Concurrence requests to loan or transfer assets across contracts. Also, lead the development and implementation of improvement activities, including automated methods for the Technical Need Concurrence Process.
- Program Approval Notices – develop and facilitate the release of Program Approval Notices
- Government Furnished Property – develop and maintain lists of Government Furnished Property to support proposal efforts

- Ability to obtain a secret clearance required

- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Additional responsibilities will include generating and maintaining related command media documents, generating systems engineering metrics and reviewing Aerospace Equipment Instructions

Basic Qualifications
- Understanding of Technical Need Concurrences

- Previous Technical Writing experience

Desired skills
- Knowledge of the F35 Program

- Experience with C++, VBA, Java or similar coding

- Proven written and verbal communication skills

- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and team skills

- Effective coordination and facilitation skills

- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment

- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and database tools
