Manages multiple areas of Production Operations Test to include cable, subassembly and system integration and test. Test Supervisor will provide oversight of the TLS Operations Test Technician activities to ensure integration and execution of schedule commitments, cost commitments, and performance objectives. Test Supervisor will establish work assignments and test flow methodology in accordance with the program schedules and business requirements. Provide oversight and direction to the Product Line Operations Excellence Teams (OET) to ensure engagement with Operations initiatives. This includes evolving the test strategy, in alignment with Operations initiatives, to identify necessary improvements in test methodology and supporting equipment required to accomplish targeted efficiencies and throughput. Support all Government and commercial certification audits such as DCMA audits, AS9100 audits and MMAS audits as required. This position supports the development of strategic initiatives as well as the tactical execution of continuous improvements0020within Production Operations. Responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Supervisor will need to manage multiple simultaneous priorities in a fast paced production environment. Will analyze quality, cost and schedule metrics on a weekly basis

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

•Documented history of successful integration / test activities

•Strong electrical and system troubleshooting background

•Strong Root Cause / Corrective Action resolution skills

•Good conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful working relationships with all levels of personnel and management.

•Motivational skills along with the ability to energize teams is a must.

•Willingness to work outside normal business hours, including weekends

•Ability to obtain a security clearance

Desired skills
•Prior management of employees in an assembly, test or manufacturing support environment

•Experience with implementing and managing assembly or test flow lines

•Financial experience managing cost in a manufacturing organization

•SAP/COS experience

•LM21 Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent Lean/Six Sigma training

•Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

•Familiarity with the DITMCO development process

•Familiarity with the CIRRIS development process

•Technical familiarity with TLS product area technologies including image generator and visual environments; console and test program sets; Flight and Ground Simulators
