This position supporting the Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) Program and is a team member of the Systems Test & Evaluation IPT (Integrated Product Team) consisting of Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) and Space Systems Company (SSC) members. The candidate will support the Task Lead as part of a small group of engineers with responsibility for Test and Evaluation activities for all of the electrical, mechanical and Electro-Mechanical components. The candidate will be responsible for Integration, Test article assembly, Functional, Acceptance, Climatic, Reliability testing, Test Reporting, Radiation Hardening and E3 tests. The candidate will currently hold, or will be required to obtain, certification as a Certified Test Conductor. The candidate will be required to coordinate test activities with Program Personnel and gather program derived test requirements. Taking the test requirements, the individual will develop test planning and author assembly and test procedures in support of the test activity using the Automation Framework (AF) tool. The individual will help coordinate the fabrication, procurement and assembly of test equipment. The individual will need to support selection and coordination of the integration of the required instrumentation for the test activity. In addition to the above activities, the candidate will support conduct of the tests and generate all required documentation, including test reports and verification sheets. This position will require the candidate to manage several activities simultaneously in different phases of coordination, design, fabrication and execution. The candidate filling this position will be required to work autonomously with little oversight by more senior Engineering Staff. Travel required to various test locations

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Working knowledge of system engineering processes to include verification and validation
- Must be familiar with integration and testing hardware at component and system level
- Must be willing/able to travel
- Updated and Active Secret Clearance

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal and external customers
- Proficiency with standard documentation and presentation tools
-Knowledgeable of SSC’s Certified Test Conductor (CTC) program or be a current CTC
- Experience with Conops for the US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs
- Experience with Cruise Missile Weapons Systems or Similar Launch Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project)
- Experience with Automation Framework (AF)
