The Systems Integration and Test Engineer senior works as a member of a dynamic team in the design, integration and support of automated and manual test equipment within an electronics manufacturing environment. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains solutions for the integration and testing of multiple product lines. Synthesizes customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints. Solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Participates in and/or leads test equipment cost and schedule quotes. Leads project teams in the development and implementation of test solutions

The entire region is about 100 miles from both New York City and Philadelphia. Archbald is a suburb of Scranton, PA. Basic Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college. Candidate must have an understanding and ability to apply basic Electrical Engineering principles, theories and concepts. Demonstrated ability to perform independently. Prior experience with designing and using test & measurement equipment as well as trouble shooting experience. Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired skills
Microsoft Office and PC familiarity
Capable of working in a team environment
Prior experience with industry standard test and measurement COTS components
Project management experience
