Under the new leadership of Dean Elizabeth Loboa, the College of Engineering at the University of Missouri is hiring approximately 20 new faculty in the area of Big Data analytics. As a part of this initiative, the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of Missouri invites applications for multiple tenure-track/tenured positions at all ranks specializing in machine learning and data mining for Big Data analytics, starting Fall 2018. These new hires will have the potential to be joint positions with the other colleges/schools at the University of Missouri.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in computer science, computer engineering, data science, or a closely related field, demonstrated success in research, and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching.
