Customer Service Tech is responsible for installation, maintenance, alteration, technical support and order entry by performing the following duties. Performs installation of LifePort products in various model/make airframes in accordance with LifePort data and FAA approved practices to include but not limited to, sheet metal, mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, logbook entry, Flight Manual updates and weight & balance calculations. Provides training on the use of LifePort equipment, provided manuals, servicing, removal & installation.Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders. Creates Article Support Package to go out with system shipments. Solicits sale of new or additional services. Addresses complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation. Completes sales order entry for customer service department orders. Enters and issues RMA numbers for customer returns. Supports continuous improvement processes. Demonstrates measurable commitment to achieving organization quality goals and objectives. Demonstrates commitment to achieving safety & health, ESH, goals and objectives, and compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Basic Qualifications
4+ years of aerospace experience

Must be able to travel internationally when required

Desired skills
Wire Harness Repair
Electrical Schematic
FAA Airframe or Airframe/Powerplant license welcomed but not required

Cessna 500,550, 560
Learjet 25,36,45
Bell 206,407,412
Sikorsky S60,76,92
Eurocopter AS350
Airbus H125
Agusta AW109, 119, 139
Pilatus PC12-45, 47

Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Air Medical, EMS, LifeFlight, Medical Transport and LifePort
