Job Description: The Advanced Concepts Lab is seeking a well-rounded candidate to lead a team in the execution of a research project. This is a full time position in the area of program management and team leadership. The position will be responsible for execution of research program goals and requirements. The selected candidate will be responsible for complying with all program security requirements and accountability of a large volume of secure holdings. Technical skills will be required to execute project deliverables, author corresponding reports, conduct briefings to high-level visitors, and hosting technical reviews. Experience with financial management of projects, purchasing, or prior experience working federal government contracts is strong plus.
Requirements: The candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. Strong preference will be given to candidates who already have a security clearance.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (a bachelor’s in business or project management, information systems, or archival studies is strongly preferred). Willingness to pursue a master’s degree.
Experience: 3-5 Years
Skills: This position requires project management, leadership, attention to detail, and knowledge of security requirements related to physical security and information assurance. Technical background required for project execution and conducting briefings to high level personnel and distinguished visitors.
Other: Candidate must be a US citizen capable of holding a Top Secret DoD Security clearance, active clearance a major plus.
