Job Details

Candidate will be capable of test instrumentation, test stimulus and test response measurement hardware design with limited to no supervision with a strong knowledge set in schematic analysis and test requirement interpretation. Candidate will have a moderate to advanced skill set in test and measurement software including National Instruments LabWindows CVI, LabVIEW, and TestStand with a working knowledge of MATLAB and Visual C and Visual Studios interfaces. Reviews, evaluates and derives requirements for testability, develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedules for complete systems and/or subsystems. Coordinates subsystem and/or system testing activities with programs and other organizations. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive subsystem and/or system level evaluation reports which verify and validate system performance. Writes discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes to software, components, subsystems and systems

Basic Qualifications
Candidate skill set must include a solid electrical engineering background. Must have "C" programing experience. Must be fluent in Windows operating systems plus Office products (Word, Excel,Outlook).
Must be able capable to obtain a Secret Level Clearance

Desired skills
Working knowledge of collimators and blackbodies. PWB (printed wiring board) Design, Schematic Capture programs like ORCAD/CADANCE/MENTOR GRAPHICS. Electro Optical Testing Background including optical path design, integration, analysis, validation and verification
Familiar with optical alignment measurement equipment and techniques
Test Software includes C, C++, C#, NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows CVI, Visual Studio, Matlab, Windows and LINUX operating systems. Bachelor's degree in EE or related discipline
