Systems Integration / Test Engineer Associate
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Integration / Test Engineer Associate for a position in Camden, AR to provide test engineering support for a DOD production program in a manufacturing environment. This position is accountable for management and implementation electrical/electronic test operation utilized for the acceptance of sub-assemblies and end items. Duties include:
Installation and upkeep test set hardware and software.
Creation and maintenance of test instructions.
Analysis and interpretation of test results.
Troubleshooting of digital and analog circuitry and associated test equipment, control of calibration/certification, monitoring and reporting of results (yield, trends, down-time, etc.).
Applies a variety of Quality Engineering tools (methods and techniques) to ensure product/process integrity, anticipate and prevent problems, drive continuous improvement, assess operational capability, and track performance.
Responsible for control and handling of Non-Conforming Material and oversees rework/repair activity.
Interfaces with personnel from various functional groups within the organization and provides direction to Test Technician(s) and Quality Inspector(s) in execution of daily duties
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Ability to acquire and maintain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance
Demonstrated initiative and accountability

Ability to read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, Government and industry specifications, contract requirements and corporate policy / procedures, etc.
Troubleshooting skills - familiarity with basic electrical/electronic test and measurement equipment
Computer programming skills or experience
Ability to develop technical solutions to complex problems and drive enhancements to existing systems
Well organized with the ability to track multiple activities and prioritize tasks based on importance
Proficient in collection, analysis, and use of data to make informed decisions
General understanding of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Planning concepts
Awareness of basic assembly methodologies and/or inspection techniques used to manufacture mechanical or electrical systems
Familiarity with SAP applications
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (AS9100, ISO 9001)
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge, exposure to First Article Inspection, Lean / Six Sigma Techniques and Statistical Process Control concepts
Ability to produce accurate, punctual documentation or reports
Good presentation skills
High attention to detail
Adaptable to change
Proficient in the use of software program suites such as Microsoft Office
Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills
