The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND TEST ENGINEERING to be a part of a team that will carry on our tradition making history in advanced aircraft development. Candidate will support a team responsible for the integration and test of Mission Systems capabilities and functions in a laboratory and flight test environment. Utilizing mission systems requirements, the candidate will assist in the development of test requirements and procedures, execute integration and test activities in a lab environment, evaluate mission systems functionality and support mission systems flight test evaluation. Candidate must have strong technical background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth understanding of military aircraft functionality, and demonstrated integration and test experience with a modern software intensive mission systems architecture. Candidate will also generate, decompose, track and verify requirements, perform risk assessments, perform trade studies, write SOWs (statement of work) and supplier specifications, perform technical planning, and perform requirements verification. The candidate will provide integration and test support and work closely with program management to assure complete program integrity.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an active Top Secret clearance

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor or Above Degree in a Technical Engineering Discipline

Experience with Systems Engineering Life Cycle

Experience with Technical Planning

Experience with Requirements Definition and/or verification

Desired skills
5-8 years experience
Experience in writing processes and procedures
Experience with DOORS
Strong Written; Verbal and interpersonal Communication Skills
Experience developing a systems architecture and assorted artifacts
Experience dealing with vendors and subcontractors, overseeing contracted work
