The candidate will work alongside the customer providing Systems engineering support. The Systems Engineering Support comprises the full scope of work from solution analysis, technology development, engineering and manufacturing development, production and deployment, operations and support across the complete end-to-end system and across the complete life cycle, in support of projects and programs for ships, submarines, aircraft, unmanned systems and shore facilities

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications

*This is a Blue Sky requisition contingent upon contract award. Award expected July/August 2017

Basic Qualifications
Experience in the design, development, integration, and analysis of Systems and Networks to include intelligence and communication systems. Experience should be heavy in network architecture, network analysis, and design, DoD architecture framework, modeling, and simulation. Experience should include planning and supporting exercise, experiment, insertion, test or assessment, to include facilitation of external stakeholders

Experience with DoD Joint and Navy Cyber security inspection and certification and Accreditation. (C&A) processes to include the use of the Vulnerability Management System (VMS)

Ability to conduct technical studies and evaluations in the cyber security domain

Experience with conducting design, plan, execution, analysis, and report of Cybersecurity assessments

IA training, certification, certification maintenance, and continuing education to meet Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) requirements

IAT Certification Level III
