The selected candidate will participate in and support the integration testing, fielding and training of the JLCCTC training system. Candidate will be responsible to lead a team in the development of JLCCTC training System Program of Instructions (POI)s, and provide functional training to simulation operators based on Army training methodology. Candidate should have expertise in the application of Constructive simulations to US Army Command and Staff training and a detailed understanding of the US Army training exercise life-cycle. Candidate will be responsible for training users in the use of JLCCTC simulations to achieve the desired simulated battlefield effects. Prior experience with the US Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), other US Army Mission Command Training Complexes or JLCCTC fielding activities is a benefit. The candidate will be required to perform Integration & Test and training on one or more components of the JLCCTC training system. Components include: Scenario Generation, Parametric Data Management, WARSIM operator, BE Server, RUGUD, Global Mapper, Mission Command Adapter, Joint Deployment Logistics Model (JDLM) Operator, ExCis, After Action Review System (AARS), and JLCCTC Upper Enclave.

The selected candidate will provide onsite support during exercises and provide help desk support when not on travel. Training and exercise support will be conducted at various sites throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Other duties will include developing Integrated Functional Threads (IFT’S) to test functionality to ensure it meets requirements and updating/developing training materials, Operations & Maintenance Manuals, training guides, troubleshooting/fault isolation guides, and lesson plans

Basic Qualifications
- Accredited B.S.in Engineering,
- Experience with helicopter flight/simulator systems or similar platforms,
- Experience leading Integration and Test teams,
- Experience leading the development of material for Design Reviews and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs),
- Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers,
- Willing to travel when required,
- Strong Systems Engineering Lifecycle knowledge,
- Team Leadership

Desired skills
- Experience with JLCCTC devices
- Knowledge of System Design and Requirements development,
- Experience with engineering estimation
