This is an exciting Systems Engineer Stf position in the C4ISR market segment in C4 Undersea Systems (C4USS) line of business, specifically for the Operational and Tactical C2 portfolio of programs. The candidate will be part of the Engineering & Technology team providing engineering and technical support and leadership across programs, IRADs, and captures

The ideal candidate has a strong Integration & Test background with experience working with C4ISR technical and cross-functional teams (e.g. Systems, Hardware, Software, etc.) through the different program lifecycle phases. Strong Command and Control (C2) experience to be applied on air or maritime defense programs, which include mission planning, track management, engagement management, and weapons management over fiber/copper networks and tactical data links

Experience working in an Integration & Test (I&T) team through integration, test and production in both a lab environment and at customer sites. Obtaining approval of engineering products through engineering reviews and engineering milestone events (e.g. Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Test Readiness Review, etc.) is required. Experience with Model Based System Design (MBSD) processes (e.g. DoDAF, Agile, Automation) and tools is a plus. The candidate must have the necessary skills and experience to integrate a design for test utilizing both hardware and software development concepts. Specific duties may include coordination with systems and software engineers, test plan/procedure development and execution, test report documentation, and analysis of various program Problem Reports (PRs). Experience implementing software and hardware updates to optimize product test performance, metrics tracking and reporting, workflow development and monitoring, and use of engineering tools is required to support the Integration & Test team

The ideal candidate will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills that will enable them to work with the technical team and the technical and program leadership. Potential domestic and international travel may be required

A Secret clearance is required. This a permanent position in Littleton, CO

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong technical background in Integration & Test discipline and methodology, specifically for C4ISR technologies and products
- Demonstrated experience in Integration & Test strategies, implementations and engineering deliverables
- Must be knowledgeable in RMS engineering processes, development of engineering deliverables, including test plan, test cases, test procedure and report development, problem report generation, etc
- Familiarity with lab administration and change / configuration management in systems and subsystem level Systems Administration and Enterprise experience, including but not limited to MS Windows, UNIX/Linux operating system environments
- Experience with COTS-based integration & test infrastructure
- Experience with equipment troubleshooting, system and component level testing, hardware/software test analysis, and results documentation experience
- Must be self-motivated, with excellent relationship building skills and must possess good communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient with MS Office products and experience with graphic presentation programs

Desired skills
- Familiarity with DOORS, JIRA (or other database management tools)
- Familiarity with Test Tools/Simulation – Datalink Test tools, Command and Control Test Tools/Simulators, Serial Analyzers, Cable Analyzers, Network Analyzers
- Familiarity with system architecture modeling tools (e.g. Rhapsody, MagicDraw, Enterprise Architect)
- Knowledge in Earned Value Management/Cost Account Management (CAM) principles
- Ability to develop, track and maintain schedules
- Experience or familiarity with Risk & Opportunity Management
- Experience optimizing processes and workflows utilizing tools, technology, and people
- Demonstrated ability to actively and successfully engage externally with Customers, including U.S. Navy and Air Force program offices and International military customers and internally with Technical Leads, Chief Architects and Software Developers
