Job Details

This Pilot Training Devices (PTD) I&T SEIT Lead position is for a Systems Engineer with extensive integration and test experience. The candidate will serve as the SEIT Representative for the F35 PTD Test Team

Provides leadership support the F35 Pilot Training Devices SEIT Lead and Test Director as Needed, Helps manage Test Objectives, Helps define a strategy to build/improve Integration Skillsets, Helps author and implement I&T Process Improvements, Finalizes, Publishes and Communicates I&T Process Documents the I&T Team. Analyzes existing Systems Engineering I&T Processes against Command Media standards and commonizes them. Responsible for Reporting Metrics. Conducts briefs/debriefs to the Team and Customer

Basic Qualifications
Proven performance as a systems engineer with a minimum of 9 years of experience in Requirements Analysis, Systems Design, Integration and Test and/or a related Systems Engineering discipline.

Proven performance as a team leader working on a complex development effort.

Candidate Will Have Experienced in the Following Areas:
o Hardware/software integration
o Test procedure development and execution
o Requirements verification
o System validation
o Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
o COTS equipment and system integration
o Electrical/electronic troubleshooting

Must have a Secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years and have the ability to obtain special access
