The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in SYSTEMS INTEGRATION AND TEST ENGINEERING to be a part of a team that will carry on our 70 year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development. As a member of the Mission Systems Integration team, candidate will be involved in the integration, test, and verification of a complex Mission Systems avionics, sensor, and weapon suite. Candidate must have strong desire and interest in aircraft and associated ground system operations/avionics, and for hands-on integration work. Successful candidate will be involved in test procedure documentation, execution, and reporting of results, and will be closely involved with trouble-shooting equipment integration problems, and software / hardware integration. Formal educational emphasis or familiarity in the following areas is a plus: mission systems integration and testing, experience in Flight Systems, Enterprise Architecture, Ethernet network and protocols, mission planning, situational awareness integration, cross-domain integration, and DISN network integration familiarity. Other desirable skills include software background, Information Assurance protocols, the ability and/or interest in writing test scripts, participating in simulation/emulation software development, and working in data analysis

Candidate responsibilities will span the technology development lifecycle, including requirements generation, system and software design and implementation, and integration and flight test. These responsibilities may also span the avionics services, to include ground station development as well as mission systems software technologies. Integration activities will include a multitude of host systems, such as live assets of varying capability and structure, simulated systems, and laboratory environments that include constructive simulations, physical hardware, and system simulations.

Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. AEROERP

Basic Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires a Top Secret clearance to start

-Experience with test procedure development and execution
-Experience with hardware/software integration
-Ability to interface with Field Support personnel
-Leadership experience on an integration and test team, to include SDRL writing
-Software Development experience - such as C, C++
-Test automation experience
-Lab management experience
