This is an Audit, Ethics, and Sustainability position supporting the Internal Audit organization for Corporate Headquarters. Position performs as an auditor on the Corporate Audit programs function team, auditing major LM programs.

Desired skills background in either systems engineering, software engineering, production and operations, and or logistics. Recent program engineering experience desired. Position will be an internal SME in the domains of system engineering and other technical specialties as applicable. An expectation is the role will mentor and advise other team members

Ability to maintain or acquire a TS/SCI security clearance is strongly desired

The candidate selected to fill this role will be a member of the Business Leadership Program (BLP). This program offers a unique opportunity to acquire a broad range of skills and experience and gain exposure to many Lockheed Martin businesses, programs, and management through audit assignments.

BLP is a two-year development program designed to strengthen the business knowledge and acumen of high performing, mid-level career professionals. The program provides an opportunity to acquire a broad range of skills and experiences through various audit assignments. Each participant will be assigned to an audit team, conduct audits in multiple Business Areas, participate in training and complete a capstone project addressing a senior executive management issue or concern.

The start date and training date for this program is January 29, 2018

This position is virtual to Corporate headquarters but employees must be located at a Main Lockheed Martin business unit. The salary for this position will be adjusted to reflect the salary band for the geographic location of the selected employee. This position requires up to 75% travel. Relocation is not required as individuals travel to the audit assignments

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence and experience in engineering. program management
- Skill background in either systems engineering, or software engineering
-Technical degree and experience
- Ability to maintain or reacquire a TS/SCI security clearance
- Previous audit and or technical review experience
- Current or previous LM or defense industry experience
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of work year
