The idea candidate will lead the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects activities for a classified ADP program. They will be performing scientific research, evaluate test plans/procedures, process test data, and perform analyses concerning Electromagnetic Environmental Effects

The candidate will be involved in the allocation, coordination, and integration of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) performance and design requirements for military air systems and individual subsystems. The candidate will monitor subsystem supplier qualification activities, including the witnessing of tests and the creation of assessments for supplier qualification testing and analyses documentation. The candidate will participate in the planning, performance, reporting and record maintenance for aircraft testing and analyses. Provides design inputs to electrical bonding, wire harness shielding, wire routing, electrical ground system design, and general equipment shielding designs

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Must have a Secret Clearance with a background investigation within the last five years to start

Desired skills
- Ability to generate and maintain program data requirement documents.
-Provide and coordinate technical status briefings for program management and customers
-Provide interpretation and guidance for implementation of technical E3 process and procedures documentation.
- Physics, Science or Engineering Degree in related field

Ability to design, develop, perform and document aircraft-level EMI/EMC testing and troubleshooting
