The selected candidate will be a part of the F15 SA program and will provide Virtual Maintenance system training to the RSAF. The program is ~60% through initial development of the Hardware/Software Integration (HSI) phase while working heavily with our primary subcontractor daily to ensure accurate deliveries

The candidate will be supporting the F15 SA integration and test activities as part of our HSI team. They will be verifying Functional Test Elements (FTE) on the newly integrated systems and will be supporting the development of final Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) from the previously defined FTE. As integration efforts complete the candidate will also be part of the formal testing events in Orlando with our customer prior to system teardown and shipment

This position also includes time sharing between the I&T team and the Systems team to understand and support:

• Systems design and data analysis consistent with program groundrules and conventions
• Providing systems support for defect resolution
• Review of aircraft photos against models implemented in the 3D environment

Basic Qualifications
• Accredited B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
. Knowledge of Integration & test
• Strong Organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with customers and subcontractors in a professional manner
• Analytical skills
• Strong relationship skills
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Microsoft PowerPoint Briefing experience

Desired skills
• Systems Engineering background
• Interest in understanding and debugging interconnections between complex components of a F15 SA training system
• Interest in integrating and testing mixed reality solutions
• Ability to look at system performance with a critical eye as to find subtle details which may not be functioning correctly
•Ability to deliver messages that defects have been identified without unnecessarily assigning blame to other team members
• Preferred but not required: Prior experience with DOORs and Functional Test Tool Database
• Preferred but not required: Prior experience with flight simulation/training devices
