This position is located in Denver and supports the Office of the Chief Engineer (OCE). This System Engineer Sr. position supports the overall Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) Team by supporting the CPE Manager in the execution and administration of the SSC CPE program as defined in N2.1.6-T1-CPE-1.0-S1, Certified Principal Engineer (CPE) Program. This position will support all aspects of maintaining and supporting CPE product hierarchys, EPDM-based CPE database, review/approval of Program CPE Plans, administering and tracking of CPE training for CPEs and Delegates, approval of program-unique CPE training, support to the conduct of ECPE/CPE forums, support for identification and resolution of program CPE process and CPE performance issues, and generation and tracking of CPE Program metrics. Assignment will also include support for ad-hoc tasking from the CPE manager and SSC Chief Engineer. The successful candidate must function well in a creative, high-tempo, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic and multi-disciplinary environment

Basic Qualifications
'• CPE experience or familiarity with the SSC CPE Program
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• EPDM exposure and experience
• Training regimen experience
• SharePoint experience
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education with commensurate years of professional experience

- Understanding of the System Engineering Life Cycle Processes
- Exposure to Spacecraft and Missile programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project).
- Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.
- Effectively manage change
