An excellent Systems Engineering position located with our historic Skunk Works Department located in Marietta, Georgia. This position will support an ADP (Advanced Development Program) effort as a Systems engineer. ADP is a highly innovative team responsible for developing, testing and maintaining aircraft simulation systems and subsystems utilized for aircraft capability integration and weapons systems development from concept design through production and delivery.

Candidate will provide project management and technical guidance in support of various ADP projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing development plans and schedules, guiding the team in the execution of the plans and then tracking progress to the plans. The candidate will provide daily assistance to the engineers to resolve conflicts and ensure that the development follows department systems engineering processes. The candidate must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university

Technical background in systems engineering, systems development or related field

Experience and knowledge with development processes

Experience in leading engineering teams

-This position is located at a facility that requires a security clearance

Desired skills

Active Secret Clearance is desired

Hands-on experience in the development of hardware-in-the-loop simulation software

Prior experience with Project Management is desired

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
