Job Details

Project lead to act as mini-PM of THAAD Seeker & Window architecture & design study reporting to Avionics IPT Lead. This individual would effectively own the project, and provide oversight assistance to the subcontract managers (MFC’s global supply chain), assistance to control account manager (CAM), and be responsible for cost, technical and schedule performance of the suppliers

Basic Qualifications
*Past experience with missile defense requirements
development, flowdown, verification and change control process
*Strong systems engineering understanding of requirements decomposition and flowdown
*Microsoft Office proficiency
*Demonstrated ability to manage project to cost, technical, and schedule targets
*Ability to define and document solutions to complex problems and to convey solutions to both senior management and to software implementation teams
*Experience with models and simulations
*Experience in system engineering process
*Experience in simulation development
*US Citizenship and the ability to maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired skills
*Knowledge of BMDS (Ballistic Missile Defense System) systems
*THAAD knowledge/experience
*DOORS experience
*Strong verbal and written communications skills
software and hardware requirements experience
*Previous BMDS (i.e. THAAD, Aegis, GMD) experience, THAAD End-to-End Simulation (ETESIM) analysis / development experience
