Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for a high performing Systems engineer to support the Air5428 simulator program at its Training and Logistics Solution (TLS) Orlando, FL campus and onsite in Australia.

The selected candidate will be responsible for Qualification Testing activities for the Australian PC-21 simulator effort. In this role, the candidate will develop/drive/support of the qualification test approach for this product, lead onsite qualifications in multiple locations in Australia, and work closely with the team of integration and test engineers

• Integration and Test lead with technical leadership experience in all phases of the systems life cycle including: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test, qualification, deployment, and operational support.
• Specific experience with Hardware/software integration, test procedure development and execution, requirements verification, system validation
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative environment
• Experience with COTS equipment and system integration

Basic Qualifications
5 years experience in developing and integrating Qualification Test Guides
5 years experience in running qualifications with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or other authorities
5 years experience in Test and Integration for simulators
Mechanical, electrical, and software skills sets to troubleshoot simulation and Qualification Test Guides (QTGs)
WIlling to travel to Australia for 3-4 weeks at a time

Desired skills
-International customer experience
- Prior simulator integration experience
- Familiarity with Agile development
-Leadership experience
