The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is looking for a Systems Engineer to support research projects at Lincoln, MA.  Research projects include the development of open systems architecture for radar and other electronic systems, radar systems analysis, ISR, software design, and Electronic Warfare (EW).  The Systems Engineer will work closely with local Government sponsors in Lincoln, MA and research engineers at GTRI headquarters in Atlanta, GA to complete projects and identify new areas of research.

This position is located at Lincoln, MA.

Required Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD (preferred) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics or related field with at least 5 years of experience
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Department of Defense security clearance
  • Relevant experience in systems engineering related to some combination of the development of open systems architecture for radar and other electronic systems, radar systems analysis, ISR, software design, missile defense/warning, and Electronic Warfare (EW).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Radar Systems Design, ISR, and EW
  • Prior experience with Radar System Modeling & Simulation or Analysis
  • Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance
