Execute as an ATLO vehicle lead and drive execution through the build and test of multiple space vehicles (HS4 & AR6A) for commercial space program. The vehicle lead will organize, plan, prepare, and lead the ATLO team during execution of the SV build-up and single-line flow. Although leading the actual execution could be required, this job is more focused on "readiness" to execute. This is a details oriented job which requires a strong understanding of the ATLO flow/processes as well as knowledge of the program priorities and open paper. The vehicle lead will work closely with the test engineering team, system engineers, quality engineers and ATLO leadership. Additionally, the Vehicle Lead will be responsible for the following:
1. Act as primary interface between ATLO and Program
2. Maintain, Status, and Execute against Spacecraft Schedule
3. Cost Account Management (CAM) activities
4. Forecast staffing plans/need for ETE, MTE, MGSE, EGSE, and Technicians
5. Primary Customer Interface for SC processing related matters
6. Track and coordinate closure/resolution of procedures, Q-notes, program actions items, et al..
7. Coordinate and Schedule Customer Required Supplier/Product Center Meetings (PDR/CDR/MRR/TRR/BOC/Flag Reviews & Special Topics)
8. Coordinate Engineering/Program Test Requirement changes with ATLO Team. Represent ATLO in ERBs and ECPs
9. Participate in FRBs and facilitate closure of ATLO related FRB actions
10. Facilitate/Attend and represent ATLO interests during Program Coordination Meetings, Director's Weekly Meetings, Look Ahead Meetings, Test Data Review Meetings, Q-Note Closure Meetings, et al..
11. Support Engineering, Subcontracts, Materials Management efforts as it relates to ATLO
12. Attend Facility utilization planning meetings and resolve conflicts

This position has the potential to work at the Littleton, CO campus on a temporary basis

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
Candidate must have at least 5 years experience with system level build and Integration and Test of spacecraft.
Extensive knowledge of the ATLO or test integration processes to include being an expert on mechanical integration related to major moves, lifts and transportation operations.
Actual hands-on experience conducting Critical Operations and a strong understanding of FFMEAs.
Breadth of knowledge and work experience to develop, implement and institutionalize ATLO best practices, lessons learned and to mentor lower level engineers on process, safety and conducting Critical Operations.
Candidate must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidate must have strong leadership qualities.
Candidate must have experience in communicating and briefing senior-level program and customer management

Desired skills
Previous experience being a vehicle lead. A2100/A2100TR processing experience. Knowledge of ATLO Operations combined with some knowledge of Electrical Test and MGSE/EGSE Operations. CTC experience
