This position Is located in either Ogden, Utah or Denver, CO and supports the Air Force Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Technical Maturation and Risk Reduction (TMRR) Program. This System Integration/Test Engineer Sr. Staff position supports the overall Weapons System Engineering Integration and Test (WSEIT) Team by being the System Integration and Test (SI&T) Lead for WSEIT in Utah. The selected candidate will be responsible for all WSEIT system Test and Evaluation Planning. This includes all the tasks associated with System Integration and Test efforts including Cost Account Management (CAM), schedule management, risk and opportunity assessments, interacting with leadership and the customer, and reviewing and approving work products. Also included in leading the assigned test engineers and participating in the coordination/reviw process associated with the Test and Evaluation Management Plan (TEMP, Integrated Test Plan (ITP), Test Equipment Management Plan, System Integration Test Plan, Strategic Missile Integration Complex (SMIC) Test Plan, Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB) Test Plan, and Design for Testability Plan. This position will start in September of 2017, and is contingent upon the GBSD TMRR award in September of 2017. Relocation is possible for Utah

Basic Qualifications
1) Candidate must have a BS degree in Engineering or related field or related experience
2) Candidate must have 14 years experience in Integration and Test of a large scale weapon program, including 5 yrs experience as an project/IPT Lead.
3) Candidate must have experience in Test Plan developing (applying MIL-STD-810) and reporting including qualification and acceptance testing
4) Candidate must have experience in communication and briefing senior level program and customer management
5) Candidate must be experienced with contract acquisition and execution processes of integrated Task Orders, developing SOW and technical baselines with customer, and formulating integrated organizational response to a proposal of $20M+
6) Active Secret Clearance

Desired skills
- Experience with US Air Force Weapon Systems Programs
- Experience with US Strategic Systems.
- Experience with USAF Program Execution, HAFB experience a plus.
- Experience with Integration and test of Missile Weapons Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project).
- Demonstrated ability as a team player to build consensus among peers and build effective relationships with team members.
- Effectively manage change
