The selected candidate will support Space Protection Programs within the Military Space line of business, working as a Systems Integration/Test Engineer Sr responsible for helping the ATLO org on several programs. Duties will include support to area ATLO management with tracking and status of the day-to-day ATLO operations ensuring that all floor operations are performed per engineering and per schedule, ensuring that EGSE and MGSE and all required equipment needed on the ops floor is ready and available. Employee will be responsible for all mechanical floor ops and will support electrical testing as required. Employee will work closely with technical experts to ensure proper flow and that products meet the requirements allocated to the particular test as well as ensuring the validity of test results.
Must be a self-starter able to work independently with demonstrated ability to drive tasks to closure
Potential candidates should be highly motivated and willing to take ownership of assigned area of the test architecture
Non-standard shifts will be required on an interim basis to support projects/program timelines.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college/university in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
Candidate should have 5+ years test experience, demonstrated experience supporting a production environment, proven ability to work independently, and resolve complex issues
Proven technical leadership– leading teams of test engineers and technicians and coordinating with other teams toward the successful completion of test efforts.
Role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and technical capabilities.
Non-standard shifts will be required on an interim basis to support projects/programs timelines
Must be a Certified Test Conductor or be able to become certified
Must have a TS/SCI with Poly
