Supervisor of 6-10 NES technicians time cards/charging/ day to day assistance Development build technical advisor – direct interface with design and integration engineers COE startup review participant – gate review Ensure team customer focus as a priority Oversight and advisor to fabrication technicians for judgement calls to capture all redline changes to baseline drawings and are done correctly, legible, and in a manner that represents the as built condition at any time to the level of a physical configuration audit to the redlines. DA Drawing release review participant Interface with the customers (typically program test engineering managers) to provide status and make decisions that benefit the customer requirements The ability to give discrete direction that enables the best path for the customer is required Interface with the designers of the equipment and representation of test engineering deployment team during the DA concept and implementation reviews is required provide solution paths to difficulties found during integration efforts Interface with the shop planner for status of the scheduled items Interface with the materials group lead and the lead TE machining center is required Monitor and report schedule and cost variances to the agreed plan and provide manager briefings Complete accountability for the team work product and customer interface is critical

Basic Qualifications
Candidate skill set must include a solid electrical engineering background in analysis, troubleshooting, test instrumentation interface, strong electrical and electro-mechanical test equipment hardware design, and electro-optical interface. Must have "C" programing experience. Must be fluent in Windows operating systems plus Office products (Word, Excel,Outlook). Working knowledge of collimators and blackbodies is a must. Programming environment will be National Instruments TestStand, LabWindows/CVI
Must be able capable to obtain a Secret Level Clearance

Desired skills
Electro Optical Testing and or RF Background including integration, analysis, validation and verification
Familiar with optical alignment measurement equipment and techniques
Test Software includes C, C++, C#, NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, NI LabWindows CVI, Visual Studio, Matlab, Windows and LINUX operating systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical degree
