The Member Engineering Staff- Systems Administrator will be responsible for the following:
- Integrate the Windows-Based tactical computers within the classified/unclassified computer program development and test environments
- Integrate the computer systems, software, and network with the tactical applications. Maintain a multi-platform Windows knowledge base in support of leading-edge COTS software products and systems
- Work as a team with system engineers, computer program developers, test engineers, and customer representatives to support COTS-based configurations in Moorestown, NJ and remote test and installation sites
-Produce installation and configuration documentation for all supported COTS software and operating environments
- Create/maintain automation tools in support of reproducible operating systems

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field
- Minimum two (2) years Windows systems administration experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired skills
- Experience supporting Windows based users on a LAN, including operating systems
- Experience in the installation of COTS-based computer systems
- Experience solving end-user computer system problems and improving performance on the following platforms/operating systems: Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, Windows 2016, Windows Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Samba, HPSS, McAfee, Exchange, Backup Software, PKI/CLO
- Ability to install, and evaluate COTS software products and tools. Working knowledge of COTS software configuration management tools and processes.
Experience with Clearcase/Clearquest to maintain a CM controlled product. - - Working knowledge of data communications and networking
- Experience working with customer/user representatives
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills required
- Knowledge and ability to work with third party products
- Integration and test experience
- Ability to work independently in a lab environment
- Strong leadership, administrative, and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Security + certification
