As a member of the Low Observable (LO) Test Team within the Lockheed Martin Ground Test Labs located in Marietta, GA, the selected candidate will provide engineering support to our F-22 Antenna Calibration Lab and F-22 Full-scale Radar Cross Section (RCS) test facility. The candidate’s primary tasks will be participating in the day to day operations of the antenna and RCS measurement ranges. This includes test setup, system performance checks, RCS/antenna data collection and data processing. The selected candidate will also assist the LO Test Team in the troubleshooting of system failures and periodic system upgrades

As work load within the LO Test Team varies, the selected candidate may support other lab groups such as Structural Test, Mechanical Test, and Systems Test (for example) within the Ground Test Labs on an as needed basis where candidate’s qualifications are commensurate with the needs of the other groups

The candidate must have good communication and interpersonal skills, engage as a team player and be willing to participate in building strong working and teaming relationships

Must be a US citizen with an active Defense Secret security clearance and have the ability to acquire other special access programs clearances

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must:
• Be willing and able to support extended and odd shift work schedules, On-Call requirements and share the department work load
• Experience working in hazardous laboratory environments and with hazardous chemicals/materials and follow all Personal Protective Equipment and safety requirements
• Experience working in a laboratory environment by themselves or with other team members
• Experience effectively documenting and accurately conveying technical data within test reports
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Desired skills
• Basic understanding of radar, antenna and electromagnetic theory
• F-22 Special Programs Access
• Have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to interface with multifunctional teams
• Have good communication skills (written & oral)
• Interests or experience with CAM related activities
