This individual will be responsible for generating survivability test scenarios and conditions, generating test requirements, test planning , and supporting test execution. Knowledge of Radio Frequency threat system performance parametrics and threat countermeasures required. Responsibilities include subcontractor and government test facility and range planning and regular customer interaction

This individual will support developmental test activities for classified technologies for a complex weapon system in the areas of sensors and survivability. Supports the planning and execution of key technology risk reduction activities, and major verification test events for system capabilities. Interfaces with engineering design stakeholders, IPT and program leadership, customers, and suppliers to capture test requirements and ensure that they are executed in the test program

A Systems Radar Design and Analysis Engineer is responsible for the development of Radio Frequency systems (radar related systems and subsystems) to include design, integration, test, and performance evaluation. This activity includes a requirement to coordinate vendors and other team members in development of either passive or active RF sensor systems for integration test and evaluation. Activities inherent in the design process include support of trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.

Candidate must have expertise in RF system performance analysis, system definition, requirements analysis, and flow down of systems requirements to testable modular hardware and software. Good hands-on hardware skills are desired. Excellent communication skills are beneficial

Experience with military Anti-Radiation Homing (ARH) or passive RF electronic surveillance (ES) hardware is of considerable value. Experience in ES/ARH systems engineering, algorithm development, signal processing. Candidates should have a strong fundamental understanding of radar systems and performance modeling


Basic Qualifications
Simulation and analysis tools (MATLAB) is specifically desired. The capability to develop threat models is especially valuable. Experience with Simulink is desired

Candidate must have a secret clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years to be considered for this opportunity

Desired skills
Knowledge of Radar Cross Section and multispectral signature test and evaluation and experience in low observables is desired
