Leverage your strong development skills (C#, SharePoint, PowerShell, and JavaScript) to lead our efforts as we transition from SharePoint 2016 on-premises to SharePoint Online.  Collaborate with search strategists to define and implement our hybrid search capabilities with SharePoint Search and Elasticsearch.  We help MITRE connect and collaborate, and the diversity of projects and challenges ensures that we are never bored.

Minimum Qualifications


BS and 3 years of related experience


 

 


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related degree

  • At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining production applications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing with C# and PowerShell

  • At least 1 year of experience with SharePoint Online and/or on-premise SharePoint 2010+

  • At least 1 year of experience with SharePoint 2013+ and SharePoint Apps.

  • Experience administering SharePoint Central Administration and IIS

  • Experience architecting, developing, and deploying web part solutions and features

  • Demonstrated understanding of networking, authentication, database technologies

  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are must-have characteristics
Preferred Qualifications 

  • SharePoint Search customizations via PowerShell

  • SharePoint Business Connectivity Services (BCS)

  • JavaScript and client-side development (CSOM, JSON)

  • Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus
