Signal Processing Engineer

Matrix Research is an employee-owned, small business comprised of industry leaders who are advancing the state of the art in radar systems, radio frequency, and sensor exploitation technologies. Nearly half of our technical staff holds a Ph.D. in Engineering, Mathematics, or the Physical Sciences. Our programs span basic research through low-rate production of advanced sensing systems, subsystems, and components. Position Qualifications:

Educational and Experience Requirements:

Successful applicants will possess a Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience.


  • Candidates must be capable of supporting customers directly at customer's location.  
  • Applicants must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret security clearance.
  • Candidates must be capable of travelling at least quarterly to support customers directly.



  • Significant experience in signal and image processing
  • Knowledge of radar measurements and processing
  • Knowledge of tracker design and implementation
  • Significant experience in MATLAB or similar programming language
