We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in Aberdeen, MD.  This position will influence the future of Army Mission Command research programs and acquisition.  The Senior Systems Engineer  will work with program managers, chief engineers, PEO technical staff, industry partners, and engage with fellow MITRE staff in our Aberdeen lab supporting design, development and demonstration of proof of concepts.











Required Qualifications:


  • B.S. in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with three years of experience.


  • Possesses a strong systems engineering


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Some knowledge of the Army domain, software engineering, architecture and performance


  • MS degree would be a plus
