**Job Description**

**Position Summary**

As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, scientists and FSEs to introduce new products and support legacy Ion Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry instruments. You will identify quality issues and manage resolutions utilizing Failure Analysis, Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis and problem solving techniques.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Provide technical support for existing product lines and interface with vendors / PCB fabrication houses and customers to resolve design and manufacturing issues

+ Manage development of test fixtures and write test procedures for production and suppliers usage

+ Support and sustain electrical tests and equipment

+ Develop test methods to verify design changes

+ Write, review, modify and approve Engineering Change Orders, Product Release forms, source changes, part and assembly documentation, and other items as directed by functional procedures

+ Review and disposition non-conforming material

**Minimum Qualifications/ Requirements**

+ B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering required, advance degree a plus

+ Experience with manufacturing support of electromechanical devices, specific experience with scientific instrumentation and medical devices is a strong plus

+ 10+ years of work related experience with analog, digital and programmable devices

+ Experience with PCBA design, manufacture, test and troubleshooting

+ Experience in writing engineering change orders and Process Improvement

+ Experience in an ISO/FDA regulated environment is required, knowledge of RoHS requirements is a plus

+ Experience with New Product Development, including verification, validation and FMEA

+ Excellent interpersonal, written a verbal communication skills

+ Working knowledge of CE and product safety regulatory standards

+ Experience with PAD, SAP, Product Center and LabView would be a plus

+ Ability to travel up to 20% annually
