JOB DUTIES:

  • Provide pre- and post-sale technical support to key customers on Industrial Robotics Projects; on-site, via phone, email or via SI/OEM, as appropriate.
  • Provide on-site application engineering and product consulting.
  • Serve as the escalated technical resource and subject matter expert (SME) to ASPP's, and top distributors.
  • Develop technical/application notes where applicable, detailing start-up procedures of new products.
  • Provide advanced/custom technical training to customers/company personnel.
 

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with automation.
  • 7+ years of application experience with industrial automation products.
  • Experience with PLC, VFD, HMI, Servo, Control Networks and other industrial automation applications.
