The candidate will be responsible for working with other disciplines to resolve hardware failures, discrepancies and/or test anomalies (involving root-cause analysis, failure review boards, adequate corrective action and subsequent Q-note disposition. This work will also include the reading and understanding technical drawings and schematics, requires familiarity with test equipment, as well as leading technical meetings to seek resolution / path forward.

Effective communication and teaming skills are required. The candidate will be required to communicate with various Engineering and non-technical disciplines locally and across multi-site locations as well as the Customer

Occasional foriegn and domestic travel is required.

The Locale: Grand Prairie is part of the “Mid-Cities” region in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex which is in the North Central region of Texas. Grand Prairie is a suburb of both Dallas and Fort Worth. The region offers a great cost of living combined with a robust economy and a pleasant climate. The Mid-Cities is the suburban region filling the thirty-mile span between Dallas and Fort Worth. These communities include the cities of Arlington, Irving, Grand Prairie, Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, HEB (Hurst, Euless and Bedford), NRH (North Richland Hills and Richland Hills), Haltom City, Watauga, and Keller, along with multiple other smaller towns such as Trophy Club and Roanoke and together represent more people than either Dallas or Fort Worth

Basic Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or other related field
- Ability to understand schematics, generate interconnect diagrams and troubleshoot hardware
- Experience with missile architectures and electrical integration of missile subsystems.
- Ability to travel to internationally to support customer and supplier meetings.
- Must be a US Citizen with an ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret clearance

Desired skills
Demonstrated experience with the PAC3/MSE System including Missile subsystems and Launcher as well as the communications between Launcher and Missile
