Carrier Corporation has an opening in Miami Lakes, FL, for a Security VAR Sales Engineer.


Build & implement sales action plans to effectively & efficiently execute on company strategy. Accountable for effective execution of key deliverables, key metrics, & key activities. Build & maintain aggressive account growth plans of top customers in assigned geography & execute those plans. Add value to customers through growth & support activities including product demonstrations, regional trade shows & product road shows. Own RFP responses & submittals w/in local territory. Execute on internal business deliverables w/appropriate timeframe. Provide productive strategic & market feedback to business. Build & execute on plans to support customer & market training needs. Execute market strategic initiatives & programs. Achieve & exceed sales targets, gross margin targets & growth expectations. Internt’l travel approx. 70%.


Must possess at least a bachelor's or its equiv. in Engrg, Indust. Engrg or a rel. field & at least 6 yrs of prior progr. wrk exper. as a Sales Engr.

Must possess at least 5 yrs of wrk exper. w/ Enterprise Access Control Systems; at least 4 yrs of wrk exper. w/channel & account mngmnt, w/in Central America & the Caribbean regions; & at least 4 yrs of wrk exper. w/Visiowave/UltraView video platform.
