This position is for an Information Assurance Engineer Senior Staff working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Services (EBS), Corporate Information Security (CIS) – Secure Application Services Team.

Systems Engineer and Security Analyst responsibilities:
- Develop and/or review service objectives following CIS standards and processes. Successfully manage initiatives and technical strategy objective execution.
- Proactive identification and resolution of security obstacles/issues affecting the application services team and deployments.
- Work with LMC business areas to work service initiatives and understand future needs.
- Work with customers, vendors and suppliers in support of service needs including exploration of technologies and products.
- Lead engineering design and development, prototyping, COTS evaluation (products and services), trade study analysis, for new or changing services.
- Lead proposal, management, and presentation for service objectives
- Directly perform as leading SME for significant subset of application and cloud services. Carry out all specific-service lead engineer responsibilities for those disciplines.

A systems engineering and project management background will produce successful results in this role. Effective verbal and written communication skills and management of priorities and deliverables plus the ability to work within a team environment are expected. Heavy interaction with numerous business area/business unit representatives, adherence to the highest standards of ethics and professional conduct in addition to the ability to work flexible hours are expected

Basic Qualifications
-Systems Engineering experience
-Project Management experiance
-Process development including process mapping and workflow design
-Integration experience with ServiceNow
-Deep understanding of business acumen and adherence to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
-Demonstrated effective organizational and team building skills
-Demonstrated experience developing and executing tactical objectives and strategic goals
-Demonstrated ability to build and foster collaborative team environments
-Proven ability to build effective relationships
-Demonstrated effective oral and written communicator to both management and technical staff
-Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

Desired skills
-Project Management of cyber related initiates
-Experience working Cyber initiatives and driving closure across the LMC business areas
-Ability and willingness to deliver large group presentations
-Proficient in Program Management Core Body of Knowledge
-Proficient in System Development Lifecycle Methodologies
-Systems engineering and architecture experience
-Experience with executive level interaction
-Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
-Current active TS/SCI access
-Proven experience in strategy and requirements development
-Certification credentials (CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, or equivalent)
-Information Security related background
