Lockheed Martin is looking for a Support System professional to support the Australian Pilot Training System contract. The successful candidate will have a wide range of multi-discipline experience that will enable them to work across the spectrum of an Australian Support System. The Analyst must be able to react proactively to produce results that affect multiple baselines and multiple subcontractors. Activities involve analysis and interpretation of design artifacts for the development of the Support System and analysis of spares, repairs, technical manuals, reliability and maintenance. This hands on analyst will have experience in requirements analysis, Integrated Master Schedules, CDRL development, technical data and operations and maintenance planning in a dynamic environment. The selected individual will be required to work with the hardware and software engineers as needed to validate and develop data and predictions

Basic Qualifications
- Operations and Maintenance process and procedure development
- New CDRL development
- International program experience
- Operator & Maintainer training design
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Spares and maintenance modeling experience

Desired skills
- Reliability, maintainability and availability (RMA) experience
- Experience working in or proposing a Performance Based Logistics (PBL) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) program
- Proposal and program experience across design and sustainment business models
- Technical lead developing reliability, maintainability and availability solutions that are used to understand and mitigate cost, schedule and technical risk
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI) / Service Level Agreement (SLA) experience
- Basis of Estimate (BOE) authoring experience
- Program start-up experience
- Control Account management (CAM)
- Experience performing on programs managed through Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Requirements management and selloff experience
- Spares modeling using OPUS10 software toolset
- Lifecycle Cost Modeling experience
- Train-the-Trainer training design experience
