This position provides an exciting opportunity to help create next-generation solutions to problems of national importance.  Join MITRE's Electronic Systems Development team architecting and designing state of the art RF and mixed signal electronic prototypes for advanced systems sensor and communications systems.

Key Functions:

We are interested in highly motivated candidates with a wide variety of skills and interests including RF, analog, and mixed signal PCB hardware design and prototype development.  Candidates will also gain knowledge using cutting-edge design tools such as Keysight ADS/Mometum, Genesys, and Mentor Dxdesigner/PADS in a team setting.  Candidates will have the opportunity to apply practical knowledge to communication, navigation or sensor systems with accomplished engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • The candidate should have a strong technical background with basic knowledge of circuit design with CAD tools.

  • Candidate must have strong development, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

  • A practical knowledge of communication, navigation, or sensor systems and familiarity with laboratory equipment is also desirable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in one of the following disciplines, Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering. The candidate will possess demonstrated ability to provide deliverables or parts of deliverables to customers.
