SPP is seeking a talented, highly motivated RF Engineer to join our team. The engineer will be responsible as the Certified Principle Payload for a RF Payload developed under a subcontract. Responsibilities include:
Ensure the hardware meets all requirements and mission objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, manufacturing and test of the payload hardware payload to ensure the hardware meets technical requirements, cost, and schedule.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining procurement
specifications and interface control documents
-Works with systems engineering to ensure meeting system
level mission requirements for performance and other Technical
Performance Measurement (TPM)s
- Coordinates the review and approval of all contract
Subcontractor Data Requirements List (SDRL)s and for
acceptance of hardware delivered under the contract
- Provides periodic status IPT lead & other stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- TS SCI clearance
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- Team player and ability to work in fast paced environment

Desired skills
- TS SCI clearance with Poly
- Background in RF
- Demonstrated experience in managing hardware development from system requirements definition, to preliminary design review, to critical design review, and acceptance testing.
- Space hardware development experience
