The candidate will perform and support the design and implementation of scientific modeling and simulation applications within the field of Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) to predict the scattering of complex targets. Specific interest in candidates with CEM code development utilizing Method of Moments (MoM) solution techniques or integral equation formulations, Physical Optics (PO) techniques, and High Performance Computing (HPC) in parallel processing environments. The candidate should be familiar with software development in a configuration-managed environment, and must have previous software development experience for Linux and Windows-based systems. Experience managing, analyzing, and displaying large data sets also a plus

Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access

NOTE: This position may be filled in either Ft Worth Or Palmdale California

Basic Qualifications
• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or Physics discipline(s).

• Programming experience in one or more of the following: FORTRAN, Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, Visual Studio, and MATLAB

• Must be able to obtain a DOD clearance to start and eventually obtain a Top Secret SAP/SAR clearance

Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access

Desired skills
• Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Educational background in computational electromagnetics, applied mathematics, or prior experience in Computational Electromagnetic (CEM)
• Experience in High Performance Computing (HPC) in parallel processing environments
• Experience leading teams and interfacing with external customers. Experience in leading code development teams and basic project management skill sets desired
