This fast-paced program spans the entire life cycle from preliminary design through delivery on orbit, allowing you to apply your talents to directly influence the success of this important mission while experiencing all phases of a development space program. The System Requirements, Verification and Test Manager leads the development, management and verification of program technical requirements, and the development of the system-level test plan and test requirements, including risk reduction, system-level validation activities and end-to-end testing. In this critical role, you will lead a team of engineers to ensure the quality and completeness of the program requirements baseline, and to define and execute a comprehensive verification and validation program to complete final customer sell off on orbit. Responsibilities also include oversight of system-level and end-to-end test planning, including development of test requirements, detailed test plans and procedures

This position is contingent upon the anticipated proposal win and subsequent contract award for the Special Programs Line of Business. Contract Award anticipated for early summer 2018

** Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI level clearance is a requirement for this position. **

Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a technical leadership role
- Prior experience in requirements development, verification/validation, and/or space system test engineering
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired skills
- Prior experience with spacecraft or major spacecraft subsystem design and integration
- Experience in all program lifecycle phases (design, manufacturing, integration, test, operations)
- Experience with requirements analysis and associated management tools (e.g., DOORS)
- Experience in verification and test planning
- Understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles
- Development of complex Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
