The Requirements and Analysis Engineer is responsible for policing and ensuring the system level requirements and architectural baseline integrity are maintained as changes, enhancements, new capabilities, and new CLINs are incorporated into the programs. This person will ensure that the requirements database in DOORS is kept current and accurate. This person will: Support the change process (ECRs and SP/CRs) and review all program enterprise changes for applicability, clarity, accuracy and completeness; Support ESB, B-Board and A-Board activities; Generate, update and maintain the program's SPS(s), PMP and SEMP; Review and approve analyses, generate test plans, verification plans and test reports; and Participating in FRB/CABs related to Flight Test, LAT and ATP. Support the new Group 1 development activities by generating and updating specifications, supporting DARs, PDRs and CDRs both at supplier and system level. This engineer will perform detailed telemetry analysis from flight tests and coordinate and generate flight test data reviews. Maintain the TM Master Instrumentation List for program and function as the POC for MICenter


Basic Qualifications
A Systems Engineer performing the Requirements Definition function will assess, and assist in the definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system. These characteristics are synthesized into an implemental system architecture and system level design requirements are synthesized. System level requirements are documented in DOORS and flowed down to lower level testable structures, and testable modular hardware and software. Interface requirements are captured in an ICD. Trade studies are performed to optimize system performance capabilities while considering manufacturability, testability, and affordability impacts to overall solution and program strategy. Risk and Opportunity Management analyses are performed to mitigate technical issues and optimize program cost and schedule. System Technical Performance Measures (TPM) are defined and tracked as the program matures. Advanced capabilities include generation and execution of a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and capabilities for defining system tolerances, timelines, and human interfaces

candidate must have a minimum of an interim secret clearance to be considered for this positin

Desired skills
DOORS and requirements traceability experience is desired. IPT experience leading teams, Architecture development and configuration control, MS Office expertise, data analysis and troubleshooting skills highly desired
