Description:

The Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) in Atlanta, GA is looking for mid to senior-level professionals with radar and radar systems experience and exposure to a wide-range of radar types (airborne intercept, airborne ISR, ground-based air surveillance, surface-to-air missile, etc.). The candidate is expected to have a specialty in signal processing, data processing, or tracking with an understanding of the key performance drivers and characteristics of the entire radar.  Knowledge of electronic protection and electronic warfare is also required.  The candidate needs to be comfortable with uncertainty. The primary focus of the position is developing the design and assessing the characteristics and performance of a radar from limited and incomplete data. The secondary focus is development of RF sensing capabilities to characterize threat systems.

Must be a US citizen able to obtain a DoD security clearance.  Ability to obtain Top Secret and SCI clearances is preferred.
