Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Technical Lead to be responsible for the technical oversight of a Radar signal detection subsystem. Responsibilities include supplier technical performance oversight, management support, and design and verification monitoring. Skills of significant benefit include experience with RF subsystem requirements, RF subsystem testing, and knowledge of state-of-the art RF technologies and antenna technologies. Experience or equivalent knowledge of RF signal processing techniques, programming, and Cybersecurity is also of significant value. Candidate will perform technical liaison to the supplier and the customer, and will be responsible for coordinating technical reviews, periodic telecons, and for monitoring timely program and budgetary progress.

A Systems Radar Design and Analysis Engineer is responsible for the development of Radio Frequency systems (radar related systems and subsystems) to include design, integration, test, and performance evaluation. This activity includes a requirement to coordinate vendors and other team members in development of either passive or active RF sensor systems for integration test and evaluation. Activities inherent in the design process include support of trade studies, presentations, proposals and related activities.


Basic Qualifications
A Secret clearance is required, a TS Clearance desired

Candidate must have expertise in RF system performance analysis, system definition, requirements analysis, and flow down of systems requirements to testable modular hardware and software

Desired skills
Simulink experience is of significant benefit

Good hands-on hardware skills are desired. Excellent communication skills are beneficial
Experience with military Anti-Radiation Homing (ARH) or passive RF electronic surveillance (ES) hardware is of considerable value. Experience in ES/ARH systems engineering, algorithm development, signal processing, simulation and analysis tools (MATLAB) is specifically desired. The capability to develop threat models is especially valuable. Experience with Simulink is desired. Candidates should have a strong fundamental understanding of radar systems and performance modeling
