This individual will perform as the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Site Manager interfacing with all levels of F-35 customers at Hill AFB, to include the 388th Fighter Wing, the Ogden Air Logistics Complex, the 309th SW Mtx Group, Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JPO), and other internal and external customers. The ALIS Site Manager will be the responsible personnel manager (L-code) of ALIS Administrators across this site and will be required to understand and speak authoritatively on the ALIS architecture and its support for all phases of the sortie generation cycle and maintenance workflow. The ALIS Site Manager may also be asked to perform/support Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities or interface with the CAM

The ALIS Site Manager also acts as technical interface to the Hill AFB customer helping to resolve issues arising from day-to-day ALIS operations & maintenance activities for all matters dealing with ALIS systems & deployment of F-35 aircraft; ensures LM executive management are kept apprised of ALIS technical problems & impediments; Supports the Hill AFB LM Aeronautics Site Manager to ensure that ALIS and Air Vehicle operations are coordinated and understood, hires & manages ALIS Administrators to include daily technical direction & guidance; ensures Admin team functions seamlessly to provide an integrated technical service to Customer personnel; accomplishes in-depth troubleshooting & analysis of ALIS system difficulties experienced; rapidly identifies emerging issues that would require intervention to avoid ALIS/aircraft downtime; documents all unusual operational/maintenance problems, even if resolved on-site, to insure that customer is apprised of & can identify emerging failure trends; provides ALIS On the Job Training (OJT), when requested, to customers

Must be willing to travel, to include Squadron CONUS/OCONUS deployments for extended periods depending on operational needs. Position may require the ability to perform in an arduous duty environment and subject to all applicable U.S. Government requirements. A detailed list of these requirements will be available at the time of interview and employment will be contingent on agreement and compliance with such requirements

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have a Final Transferable Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last five years.

Candidates Must be able to attain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access

In addition to the following:
1) Strong systems & software engineering background
2) Prior proven leadership experience
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create presentation material for Base Leadership (e.g. Officers and executive management)
4) Self Starter & the ability to multitask
5) Proficiency in all MS Office applications
6) Must hold an active Final DoD Secret clearance (in scope with reinvestigation within last 5 years) and be able to obtain and hold Special Access Program (SAP) clearances
7) Must be willing to work off hours depending on operational needs
8) Must be willing to travel to operational sites depending on operational needs, to include supporting deployments
9) Must be able to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification (eg Security+ CE)

2) Experienced with high tempo operations and customer service
3) Prior LM L-code experience
4) Proven Project Lead Management experience and demonstrated ability to provide project leadership in a diverse virtual team environment

6) Excellent communication to all levels of the organization including external customers and LM Executives
7) Prior hands-on knowledge of JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) system, including an in-depth understanding of the Architecture, Design and Deployments plans
8) Field Service experience (with Software/Hardware deployments, Information Assurance process/documentation, ALIS software products)
9) Military maintenance/fighter operations and deployment experience
10) System integration expertise
11) Demonstrated knowledge of LM Program Performance Management Process, Program / Service Life-cycles and related processes
12) Strong business acumen, influence management and whole systems thinking skills
13) Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
14) Full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and simulation software development experience
15) Systems engineering experience on major development program
16) Prior Database Administration and/or Database Development experience
17) COTS/developed software skills
18) Integration & Test experience
19) Certified in Security+
20) Prior Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
21) Demonstrated IT administration skills (System, Database, OMS and/or Network)
22) Prior Site Support Representative (SSR) and/or JMPS hands-on experience
