This individual will perform as the L-coded ALIS Site Operations Manager Eastern US dealing with all JSF bases within the Eastern United States and reside at Eglin AFB. As the ALIS Site Ops Manager the preferred candidate will be responsible for 1) Daily Site Operations, 2) Customer Integration/Interfacing, 3) Warfighter Deployments, 4) ALIS SW/Data Updates, 5) Ready For Operations Milestones, 6) Site Activation Support, and 7) Functional Management of ALIS Administrators. This position requires primary focus will be interfacing with the customer (e.g. site manager)/warfighter and be integral in resolving technical issues in a timely manner arising from operations and/or maintenance activities. A large percentage of this position deals with customer interaction, communications and providing timely and accurate status. A successful candidate will ensure that the F-35 Site Manager(s) and ALIS Sr. Program Manager are kept apprised of F-35 technical problems, changes, and the proposed solution(s). The regional manager will also need to provide technical direction and guidance to ALIS Administrators/ALIS site leads in performance of their assigned day-to-day tasks and also ensure the admin team functions seamlessly to provide an integrated technical customer focused service. Other responsibilities include attending maintenance/Ops meetings as required to aid in the rapid identification of emerging issues that would require company intervention to avoid aircraft/training downtime and flow the information/status on base activity back to ALIS leadership as required. The ideal candidate will need to accomplish in-depth troubleshooting analysis of the ALIS System and identify Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) on any difficulties or problems experienced at the assigned location. Once RCCA is identified, the manager must fully and completely document all unusual operational/maintenance problems, even if they are resolved on-site, to insure that the company is apprised of the issue and can identify emerging failure trends. If necessary Initiate and track Action Requests (ARs) identifying unique operational problems that require technical, procedural, or quality assurance actions to resolve. Provide on-site assistance to personnel initiating “Deficiency Reports”. Provide/schedule training, when requested, to USAF, USN, USMC, UK-MOD and other partner personnel.

The regional manager will also be responsible for installation/integration of new hardware kit deliveries and be the single POC for insuring a successful handoffs from the ALIS SATAF/deployment teams. The regional manager will need to track progress and provide status on new hardware delivery progress and provide detailed updates on the program milestones (“Configured For Use” - CFU and “Ready For Ops” – RFO) to the program manager. A large percentage of the regional manager’s time will be spent traveling to ensure that their sites are operating efficiently and that issues are being worked in an expeditious manner

Must be able to obtain and retain an F35 Program Secret/SAR clearance and program access. In addition to regular and frequent travel to the F-35 Sites under this candidate’s management, this candidate will be required to support, with notification, military deployments to other, potentially austere, F-35 locations both CONUS and OCONUS.. DOD/USAF mandated vaccinations and training are required if the regional manager is needed to support deployments

Basic Qualifications
- Strong systems & software engineering and/or system administration process background
- Prior proven leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create presentation material for Base Leadership (e.g. Officers and executive management)
- Self Starter & the ability to multitask
- Proficiency Preparing MS PowerPoint Presentations and MS Word whitepapers
- Must hold an active Final DoD Secret clearance (in scope) and be able to obtain and hold Special Access Program (SAP) clearances
- Must be willing to work off hours depending on operational needs
- Must be willing to travel to operational sites depending on operational needs, to include supporting deployments
- Prior CAM experience is required

Desired skills
- Prior hands-on knowledge of JSF F-35 Autonomic Logistic Information System (ALIS) system, including an in-depth understanding of the Architecture, Design and Deployments plans.
- Field Service experience (with Software/Hardware deployments, Information Assurance process/documentation, ALIS software products including Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), Customer Relationship Management –AR process, Supply Chain Management (SCM) as well as JSF fighter operations/knowledge is preferred.)
- System integration expertise is desirable.
- Proven Project Lead Management/ experience, and demonstrated ability to provide project leadership in a diverse virtual team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of LM Program Performance Management Process, Program / Service Life-cycles and related processes
- Strong business acumen, influence management and whole systems thinking skills
- Excellent communication to all levels of the organization including external customers and LM Executives
- Ability to collaborate with and integrate multi-functional teams
-Full software life cycle for flight, ground, database, and simulation software development. Systems engineering experience on major development program. Prior leadership experience. Excellent communication skills

- Prior Database Administration and/or Database Development experience
- COTS/developed software skills
- Software Engineering background and experience
- Integration & Test experience
- Certified in Security+
