Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is seeking a highly motivated multi-disciplined professional to join the technical leadership team for the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Navigation Program. The candidate will be responsible as the Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for the Navigation sustainment/fleet support efforts. The candidate will coordinate efforts across multiple organizations (customer, peer, & subcontractor) to ensure sustainability of the current and future deployed Nav systems across US and UK fleets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring current deployed systems maintain mission readiness requirements in terms of accuracy/reliability / operability and maintainability. Candidate will lead the troubleshooting, investigation, and response to critical fleet issues as they arise. The candidate will be required to travel to support customer meetings and briefings. The candidate will support Nav modernization activities including product line deployment and software modernization

Basic Qualifications
An experienced leader with knowledge of Navy Trident Program or related Instrumentation and Control and Systems experience program experience
The candidate must have the following skills:
o Ability to develop bid & proposals including development of Statements of Work, and Basis of Estimates for prime contract and subcontractor
o Ability to work with programs to implement new and complex solutions that are cost effective while remaining compliant to customer requirements.
o Strong multiple team / integrated team leadership skills.
o Demonstrated ability to work through complex problems successfully.
o Ability to make effective decisions with limited data
o Ability to present to customers, leadership (internal and external), and peers
o Excellent communications skills in all directions;
o Prior experience in managing project or organization schedule and budgets, acting as a CAM or IPT lead
o Ability to develop a program schedule and provide detailed tasking to functional or IPT groups
o Ability to make sound technical decisions and drive towards a system design to meet requirements

Desired skills
Multi-discipline engineering experience (i.e., Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Integration & Test)
Inertial Navigation Systems and Sensors
Experience in Model Based Engineering and Agile Development
Understanding of Information Assurance / Cybersecurity
