The candidate will work alongside the customer providing Project Engineering Support for U.S. Navy C4ISR Information Systems and Networks. Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems

Basic Qualifications
Seven years experience should be in planning and design of afloat/ashore communication and information system to include evaluating user systems, processes, and database requirements, supporting documentation such as sustaining standard operation procedures, processes, and data requirements and assisting with various network modeling tasks

Five years experience in developing, modifying, and maintaining a program life cycle cost estimate, ensuring uncertainty assessments, trend analysis, variance analysis, and probabilistic forecasting. Should have WBS Experience.

Five years experience with Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Future Year Defense Plan budget submissions; future system resource requirement assessments against appropriation funding and manpower constraints, program review, spend plan oversight, resource allocation, Performance measurement and metrics collection/reporting

Five years experience with business process and operation analysis assessment of emerging methodologies and application of enterprise architecture modeling to modernize business processes; knowledge management and workflow engineering

Navy IA/IOP Experience
Network Security Requirements development
IA Training, Certification, Certification Maintenance, and continuing education necessary to meet Cyber Security Workforce (CSWF) Requirements.
IAT Certification Level II
